Liked: We paid for $114 room an hour ahead when we got there there was no such room because of financial issues we expected a $45 stating the difference would be refunded i have called booking.com been hung up on each call I have sent emails with no responses this is not right and it needs to be made right we even found a needle in a chair tried to get management to look they wouldn't even look the room wasnt even worth 45 dollars it was awful staying there the whole weekend was a disaster and I want to be reimbursed what is the right thing to do you can contact us at [email protected] or [email protected] Thank youJudith Tillery
Disliked: We paid more for a better room half of the stuff did not work in the room no power to the plug the door only had key lock the tub looked like it was gonna fall apart the toilet would not flush and we found a used needle in a chair

Liked: Nothing, the rooms were not habitable, I forfeited my room fee after 2 minutes in the room. No working lights (except the bathroom) bugs, used towels, mold and a foul odor.
Disliked: Unsafe parking and everything above.

Disliked: Dirty water clogged in the jacuzzi and shower. Bugs and hole in roof

Liked: Nothing. She was rude and there was a language barrier. She got louder and hung up on me twice. So we didn't go to the hotel and i want a refund.
