Liked: - Location good- Laundry in the unit
Disliked: - Wasted a long time checking in- Unclear instructions for buildings/towers and the garage- A so-called sofa bed is not a bed size- A/C is extremely loud to use at night- Old furniture is not worth the price

Liked: The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The suite was adaquate for our family of 5 to sleep.
Disliked: The suite is very outdated. The area with the beds has very poor lighting. The area with the couch has very good lighting, however when you sit on the couch, you are "watching" the microwave. The tv is on the wall in the bedroom area. Rooms need to be reorganized to make the full unit usable.

Good hotel for staing long...

Liked: Transfer from/to the airport is provided. When the shuttle broke down, a replacement was provided - we got to the airport on time. Excellent room. It was possible to leave luggage in the storage while travelling to another city. It feels like the staff is well-trained and adheres to the principle of respect for customers, even if it brings small additional costs.
Disliked: Everything was fine, I can only advise you to think about sequentially renovating the rooms in future.

Close to tram, good restaurants...

Liked: Close to the tram and restaurants.
Disliked: Sliding glass door did not secure, huge security issue. I locked it, then rocked it and it would unlatch. I let the staff know, hope they addressed it.
