Room only clean twice in...

Liked: was quiet and the staff was friendly
Disliked: the cleanliness and people did not clean the room every day the room was only cleaned once in 5 days and I had to complain to get it cleaned one more time before we had to leave and had to go ask for toilet paper and towels multiple times a family of four staying two kids and two adults in that room and it was disgusting and stunk because as you already would know that a small room like that holding four people is not feasible so it would need to be cleaned every day not 2 times in 7 days!!! The Customer should never have to go ask for toilet paper it should be always stacked with extra toilet paper and whatever goes on the roll!!

Nice quiet clean stay

Liked: Nice restaurant, room was roomy and very clean, beds were very nice, as soon as my head hit the pillow I was out!
Disliked: Price is high

Awesome room with the price!

Liked: The room is quiet and clean. I booked the suite room which is satisfised.
Disliked: The bedding provided for the sofa bed is much less complete compared to what’s provided for the regular bed. I also had to go to the reception again to request additional bedding items.

Good location at a reasonable...

Liked: Good location and a reasonable price.
Disliked: A little tired.

Disappointing

Liked: Large room. Fancy lobby.
Disliked: The TV doesn’t work right. The entrance to courtyards guest rooms doesn’t smell good. I booked a “Junior Suite with Queen bed and Pull out Sofa” room but there were no sofa. But since we were too tired and it was our last day we just let it be. If there was an overbooking or a mistaken I would have liked someone to let me know. Well overall fine but not worth the price. The room was the largest on the floor though.
