light is a bit too...

Disliked: from 3rd night the bath towel only 3, then become 2 bath towel but we are 4 people family there is a dishwasher but no dishwasher detergent, it is waste we bought a whole bag but only for few days, maybe can think in customer side, it is not expensive but if could provide then it will be appreciated by customer

Disliked: Paid parking and airport shuttle should have started at 5 am because of travellers early flight schedule.

Disappointing dated hotel with fancy...

Liked: Convenient location close to YVR airport with free shuttle every 30 minutes.
Disliked: This is a really dated hotel with old furniture and bathroom. Air conditioner made some noises but did cool anything.
