Liked: Well, you get what you pay for. It wasn’t as bad as the reviews made it sound. It was standard and as basic as you need if all you’re using it for is sleep. The air conditioning in the room was the most positive thing about it. Staff were fine, a bit grumpy at times but tried their best to communicate with us in English.
Disliked: This hotel was booked for us through a ‘Wowcher mystery holiday’. We were told there was a train station nearby which would get us to the centre of Paris in about 20 minutes. Unfortunately, this train station didn’t exist as it was closed for ‘refurbishments’. So, not the hotel’s fault, but this meant we had to take a LOT of public transport to get to Paris so the location wasn’t great for what we wanted. Only 2 pillows on the bed, which we made do with. There were no spares in the cupboard which was unusual. Anyway, the room definitely needed some TLC. The shower leaked over the glass doors, the tiles/ceiling were mouldy and we had hairs all over the place (not from us)! It definitely wasn’t the cleanest of rooms (mainly the bathroom). The worst of all, no kettle in the room. This was very disappointing, what hotel doesn’t have a kettle nowadays?! We could’ve settled with not providing teabags/coffee, but no kettle?!!! Madness…

It was the worst stay...

Disliked: The staff on duty at the reception made us wait for long time providing the key card of the room only to tell us later that a keycard cannot be provided and he will open the room for us and that we will need to find him everytime we need to open our room as they run out of keycard. No apologies at all for not giving us our key. When we said it's not acceptable to do that,he became aggresive towards us verbally disputing that what is the problem with that. We stayed without our own keycard as it became very uncomfortable talking to the staff.

Disliked: DO NOT STAY HERE!The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. We decided to check out after just 10 minutes because the room hadn't been cleaned properly. The floor was sticky, the bed smelled bad, the curtains were barely hanging on, and the overall atmosphere felt like something out of a crime scene.THE ROOM DID NOT MATCH THE PICTURES ON BOOKING.COM
