Nice hotel, didn’t allow for...
Liked: The rep at the desk was nice. Our room was available and we were able to check in early. With all the problems we had with our keys they replaced them each time.
Disliked: The hotel was having renovations, there wasn’t a cut off with the noise. Although the front desk was contacted and they couldn’t do anything. It wasn’t a great experience for sleep and enjoying the room.

Nice hotel but due to...
Liked: The property was being renovated so the room was nice and clean.
Disliked: Due to the renovations I did not get any rest or sleep. I checked in around 4pm and heard banging and scrapping from the hired workers at the hotel. I was told that they will finish at 5pm but instead they didn’t finish until 730pm. I was then awoken both morning of staying to banging at 7am. I was told that they were suppose to start at 8am. The front desk manager advised she would compensate my room but because I booked through a third party site, I did not receive the refund.

Bad
Disliked: I had tried to reach the property multiple times with no reply. I reached out to Booking.com, they told me to reach the property, no reply. I needed this room canceled and refunded, no reply. They are housing migrants and I do not feel comfortable taking my family there as it was not advertised as such. I would not have booked if I had known this was happening.

Disliked: Construction on floor above woken up by hammers and drills each morning by 7 am. Unacceptable. Rude staff.

Liked: Location and room
Disliked: Booked hotel for 2 nights with free parking on Priceline/booking site. Upon arrival, hotel insisted free parking only applies when booking directly. Confused, as the site displayed a free parking badge. Ended up paying an extra $90 for parking.

Liked: The location
Disliked: The staff was extremely rude, except for the manager. I had someone try to enter my room while I was in the shower, and fortunately, I had the latch latched, so they could not get in.

Overpriced.
Liked: The location and the clean-comfortable bed.
Disliked: Free parking was advertised both on Priceline and in my email from MTS. Despite this, I had to pay an extra $72 to park. Also, there was no hot water in the shower; there was no restaurant at the hotel, and there was no free breakfast. Hilton hotels are much more pleasant experiences.

Worst hotel in my life
Liked: Only location
Disliked: 30 minutes taking check-in, rude receptionist, just one bath towel for two guests, 16 dollers parking is not true(72 dollers),no hot shower(we could not take it more than 3 minutes, which is a good way to save water consumption, management must be a genius)
