Liked: The toilet smelt from the first day so to compensate we left the toilet window open and door shut. This removed smell from room. The cleaning lady kept shutting the window whilst we were out in seville town centre. So we had to keep opening the window.Our neighbours played TV very loud till the early morning hours so we had to complian to them more than once.
Disliked: Smell of toiletNoise from next door tv

Liked: Breakfast is good. Room clean. Personnel very helpful and kind.
Disliked: For the four star hotel in front of the Andalusian parliament it is surprising not to have a restaurant for lunch and dinner.There are no kettle with tea or coffee in a room or complimentary water.Rooms are not soundproof: we could hear the people talking behind the wall, we knew which tv channel they were watching or taking a shower, using toilet.Someone was smoking, we could feel it in our room and on the staircase in the corridor. Doors to the bathroom did not close, door frame was broken. Bathroom ceiling was broken.Entry door had a gap between the frame.

Disliked: Our room was not very well insolated and you could hear the nearest room noises The hotel does not have a restaurant You can order by phone to get food delivered to the room but prices were overrated Same applies for hair and massage options, the price was too expensive

Liked: Really well located on edge of Centro Historico. Easy flat walk into centre. Staff really helpful explaining ways to get around and areas to see and eat in. Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast.

Fair value for the money...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. They helped us with the schedule for the processions as well as with transportation. It was easy enough to get to from the airport and I liked that it was across from the ancient walls. The neighborhood was cute, albeit a bit removed from the center. It was a good value for the money, especially considering we went for La Semana Santa.
Disliked: The hotel reminded me of an old cruise liner that hadn't bee updated in a while. The lounge area was cute but it felt a bit cold and dated. For breakfast there was a lot of food but it it was not fantastic. The room we stayed in got too hot at night to sleep. They hadn't activated the air conditioning yet but the lady we spoke to at the front desk was very kind and switched us to a cooler room. The location is a bit removed from the main attractions which I hadn't realize beforehand so it felt a bit removed.
