We had a great stay,...

Liked: The staff were excellent & went above & beyond especially Pepe & Maria. Our room was very spacious & the bed very comfortable. Our balcony was huge & wonderful to sit out & admire the city.
Disliked: Everything was very good, only fault was no international channels on TV & also no internet access on Tv for Netflix sign on.

Short and sweet

Liked: We arrived late because our flight was delayed and we were very tired, but the moment we arrived at exe plaza everything was amazing. first the upgrade our room so we got the room at the highest floor and the view from there was breath-taking, you can see all the center of barcelona and just sit and eat breakfast in the amazing balcony. the staff was super nice and help us in our first day in barcelona. theres also a parking whoch is very important if you travel by car because theres no way to find a free parking in this area.

Liked: Love the location of this hotel next to Plaza Catalunya. My room and bathroom were spacious, clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a great stay. The staff in the lobby were very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast buffet they served was delicious as well.
Disliked: Not much i can I disliked about this hotel. It was overall perfect.

Liked: The location of the city centre, the clean and functional facilities that are not gorgeous, all staff are high level, and especially the response of the front desk was the best at the exquisite timing!
