Liked: Location was great and the room size was also great.
Disliked: The shower was very bad, slippery, too high from the floor, extremly low water pressure and complicated to use.They told us the breakfast has gluten free options so we paid for it one morning but in reality there were no options at all, only a piece of the worst possible bread and a cupcake. Spain is really good to gluten free people and the hotel didn't reflected it at all.

Liked: Location and the staff were very friendly
Disliked: The room description says air conditioning.. but the air conditioning was closed by the facility they said its open only in summer which is not mentioned in the room description if I know that I would change the hotel.. and this is not what I paid for .. the weather was chill not cold and the window open partially it’s really hard to sleep .. gladly the staff brought me a fan to survive the heat ..

Liked: location of the hotel is ideal for a brief visit to the city; although neighborhood could get crowded and noisy at times. breakfast is always sumptuous and appealing; public facilities are kept clean and neat; room could have more ventilation especially the bathroom.
Disliked: room temperature cannot be adequately controlled; had to keep window ajar, which made the room noisy as it opened to the main avenue.
