Liked: Vary easy for me to access with my Mobility Scooter

Expensive, lack of in room...

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Day reception staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Close to gare du nord.
Disliked: Very expensive stay. Very basic facilities. 1 star in my opinion in term of facilities. No iron, no coffee machine, in room. Bathroom door frosted glass which was inconvenient as you could see when someone was using it. Some lamps were broken or not working, towels weren't changed and bathroom wasn't clean. No toilet brush either. Night shift receptionist very rude on our check out at 6:30am on the 20th of April. We paid for breakfast in advance and Receptionist started getting cross with us because we had opened the box of breakfast which was prepared with a few items but they were all cold, we were hoping for warm croissants/pain au chocolate. We had agreed that we were meant to select breakfast at 6:30. But had no choice.For the amount of money paid for 2 nights, we got just a bed and sofa bed. Breakfast was OK on the 1st morning, but very basic offering also. Defenitly not a 3 star. Room for improvement - room facilities and night shift staff. Very disappointed.

Liked: The place is in close proximity to most attractions and 5 minutes walk from Gare du Nord station. The buffet breakfast was great with a variety of choices. The bed was comfortable with air conditioned room. The staff was great and the check out was at 12:00 which meant I was not rushed. The hotel kept my luggage safe after check out so I can do some last minute sight seeing. I will recommend this place.

Liked: Location within walking distance from railway statuon. Very good breakfast, great value for money
Disliked: No tea or coffee facilities in room.

Overall a welcoming and comfortable...

Liked: Great location. Easy walk to Metro, Gare Nord and Eurostar. Quiet street. Friendly staff. Welcoming. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Clean. Plenty of bars, cafe's, boulangeries/patisseries nearby.
Disliked: The rooms were OK but not spacious. The opaque glass walled bathroom is a bit impersonal when sharing a room with a friend and would not suit any couple or people who like to keep there bathroom/toilet routines private. A hotel bar may have been good.

Disliked: I can't really say I was just passing through. I never meant to stay but it happened. I don't regret it happening.
