A pleasant stay in friendly...

Liked: Clean small hotel, friendly staff, good location. Functioning air-conditioning.
Disliked: Expensive, as all hotels in Paris.

Perfect stay in Paris.

Liked: The hotel and room are perfectly located, next to shops, cafes, bus stops and metro stops. The place is very clean and surprisingly quiet for being located so close to everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Bonus: the bedrooms have a/c, a huge plus during a heat wave in Paris.
Disliked: I liked everything.

Disappointing!

Liked: The bed was comfy, it was nice and quiet and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: The room was dirty - with streaks running down the wall behind the Bed.The lift was broken and my room was on the 5th floor!Breakfast was 20mins late so we had to go without.

Superb

Great value and location

Liked: Close to Gare du Nord and Poissonnière Metro station yet tucked away on a quiet side street. Wonderfully quiet evenings. The room was large with ample space for luggage and storage.
Disliked: The bathroom was frosted glass which if you were traveling with someone you were not fully comfortable with, could lead to awkward situations.

Street not nice, price doubled...
