Liked: Situated in a good location, clean and wonderful staff
Disliked: No ordinary Complimentary water drinks in the fridge and no biscuit and tea in the room.

Nice and cozy

Liked: -Clean room.-Spotless bathroom with excellent bathtub.-Room service top notch.-Quiet area.-Friendly staff.-The park nearby, and the views from the hotel are very nice.
Disliked: -There was no electric kettle in the room. I did ask at the reception, they informed me that I could come and get hot water anytime. However that did not seem very convenient.-Not too many supermarkets or convenience stores nearby.

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: Room smelt of stale cigarettes Receptionist just stood and offered no help to a man with a broken leg trying to use the rotating door that wasn’t working. Also cigarette burns on the spare blanket that also smelt of stale smoke. Very poor

Good Hotel for a traveler.

Liked: The hotel was in a convenient location. We used UBER for all our transportation needs, so it was only about a15-20 ride to all our destinations in Central of Madrid. There is a supermarket and Burger King and McDonalds in walking distance of about 3 minutes. I would stay here again in the future.
Disliked: We were unable to figure out how to control the thermostat, but I also failed to ask for help. Also, if you are entering late at night, the gate is closed and only the gate on the right side while looking at the hotel has a button. That was bit of a rough experience.

Perfect location for our trip...

Liked: Clean hotel - stayed here a year ago and the experience was as expected in terms of cleanliness and friendly staff
Disliked: Bar facilities very limited in what was on offer.Breakfast buffet a little tired no ability to have an omelette or something cooked fresh to order

Great hotel but better to...

Liked: Stuff and friendliness was great. Room is also amazing. There are places to eat close to the hotel. Also, there a supermarket here.
Disliked: If you rely on public transportations (which is very good in Madrid) — consider that it's 15-20 walking from the train station. And, it seems train stop working after 1-2am (at least we were not able to hop on it).

Liked: It was clean and beautiful
Disliked: There wasn't any ventilation in the washroom. The staff was not kind enough. In most hotels there are coffee machines and tea available all the time but in this hotel there was nothing. The location was really bad and you have to walk 25 minutes to the station. It was not in the Getafe city centre and was very far from any facilities. The bed was not comfortable. In the last day that we had to check out before the breakfast time, I asked for breakfast a day before and they accepted but they gave it just for 1 person while they knew that we are 2 and we had paid for two people. The breakfast package was included a box of water, some fruit and a bread (it wasn't worth it to ask for it).
