Superb

Liked: Lovely big room with huge double bed, complimentary toiletries, including shaving kit, toothbrushes and toothpaste were very nice touch. Breakfast had a great choice. The location was good for travelling to Madrid, we took the train where the staff were very helpful.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like but be aware that you can't fill your pockets with food from the breakfast selection if that's something you like to do also, bar and restaurant wasn't open when we got there as it was a Sunday.

Liked: It is not 4 starts hotel,very old rooms,very old bathrooms,very old on eating area

No air conditioning, 20 min...

Liked: Room was very nice. It had a large double bed as requested and the hotel provided toiletries which as nice.
Disliked: The rooms don’t have air conditioning. This required us to open windows to regulate temperature. Unfortunately with the windows open it was very noisy, cigarette smoke from outside flowed into the room and couldn’t leave the shades drawn for privacy and darkness for sleeping. Also the hotel was farther from the city centre than we would have liked, about 20 minutes by car.

Breakfast was excellent

Liked: Clean, tidy. Mot of the staff were lovely
Disliked: Kettle in room but reception said that there was no milk, tea or coffee. We could only get a drink from the machine which we had to pay for by the reception desk or go and find a cafe.
