Pleasant

Liked: The staff was friendly enough, the room was clean enough, for the price we paid the accommodation was fine. Definitely not a luxury space but our room was large, the bed was comfortable, and we felt safe.
Disliked: My only real complaint is that when you leave the room, you had to remove your keycard from the slot which turns the electricity on. Our room would smell a bit musty on return because the ventilation and AC would be off for several hours. Not too big of a deal but something to be aware of if you are very sensitive to scent.

Good for quick stay

Liked: The location is great. Close to Reforma. Easy walk to a lot of things nearby. The breakfast was ok, not great. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The room and facilities are old and outdated. Breakfast it’s limited and semi-buffet.

Liked: The hotel is clean and in a good location.
Disliked: The front desk staff were not friendly, the kitchen staff were unfriendly. In addition I got Diarrhea after eating the breakfast one morning. It’s been a week and still have it so have to go to the doctor now.
