The gentleman at the front...

Liked: The gentleman that checked us in gave usa wonderful recommendation for dinner and didn't charge us the next morning for a piece of pan.
Disliked: The hotel is very old. Bed was not comfortable. Only one outlet in the room. It didn't work properly and the lighting was poor. It was very dark.

Dissapointing

Liked: The breakfast. Staff intention to help
Disliked: Did not get the room I booked. Was downgraded due to issues with the lock on the door of the room.Issues again with the lock of the new room.

Would use for a business...

Liked: The staff were lovely, really helpful and friendly. It was clean, nice shower. Big rooms.
Disliked: This is subjective but the area isn't the best, not unsafe, but just not great. The hotel had a broken door lock and broken sauna, but the staff helped solve both issues (fixed and moved us to different room). The decor is corporate and cold, but the staff are warm.
