It's More of a 3-Star...

Liked: The location & the cleanliness
Disliked: The mattress was uncomfortable, and the room was too small for two adults with luggage. I had to put my bag on a chair near the entrance because there was only one suitcase holder, which wasn’t enough for two people. Even after I asked for another one, it was never provided. At check-in, no one helped us with our luggage. When we asked for assistance, a receptionist came with a bad attitude, grabbed one bag, and left the rest, which felt more like staying at an Airbnb than a hotel. The balcony view was disappointing, as it faced a garage, and there was no privacy. Anyone walking by could easily see inside when the balcony door was open since there were no windows. On top of that, every time I left the room, the corridor had a strong, unpleasant smell, like something electrical or overheated

Liked: Excellent staff, so friendly and informative. Wonderful breakfast, very comprehensive. The bathroom was nice. The decor in the hotel was inviting.
Disliked: My room was quite small and cramped. I couldn't fully open the wardrobe door beside the bed was beside it. The room was quite dark.The air conditioning unit was too noisy.

A good experience in Porto

Liked: The location is perfect. Breakfast is good but a lot of pastry products. Having a French balcony is a plus. Room and bathroom are quite big. There are a lot cafe, restaurant, supermarkets arround.
Disliked: Wifi connection at the room needs improvement.
