It is unacceptable to be...

Disliked: It is unacceptable to be hacked through the official booking app, from a scammer that knows my booking number, payment method, booking pin and everything, because the hotel was hacked. What is more unacceptable is that the hotel, that has been hacked, wasn’t answering neither phones nor emails. Until we ended up in the hotel, i couldn’t know whether i was speaking with an imposter or with the hotel. Of course they knew what happened, but the never said or offered anything as an apology after our arrival.

Liked: The staff were amazing and always willing to help. They went out of their way to assist in directions , attractions and even recommend restaurants to go. A 10/10 to the staff. The checkin and checkout was seemless.Me wife was overwhelmed with the level of service
Disliked: The lift to level 1 was not not working but that didn’t bother us . It was easy steps to the ground floor

Liked: The location was good and very close to tourist attractions and city centre. The breakfast was great with lot of options to choose from. The staffs were amazing with great customer service.
Disliked: Our room was a bit cold and the breakfast was mostly cold option.

Disliked: We could check in the room only after 1 pm & the during our stay receptionists refused to call a taxi :))
