Liked: After visiting Milan for many times on business trips this hotel is one of the best in the city especially that is relatively new and renovated, the location is amazing and the service is one of the best in the city

Great location for Milan Centrale...

Liked: The hotel was in a great location for the train station which was why we picked it (straight across the road) as we were travelling to Lake Como. The hotel is about a 10 min drive to the centre of Milan where the shops and restaurants are but the hotel has a free shuttle bus which we used. We only stayed one night and sadly it was a Saturday night and we could hear music in our room as we were trying to sleep for a very early airport trip in the morning but can’t fault the hotel for that. They gave us lovely breakfast boxes to eat on our way to the airport - a lovely touch.

Disliked: Once again I am of the opinion the current lay-out sucks. Pretty impersonal, dark and unnecessarily opulent. Good for Asian new rich or Arabs. Not classy at all. The restaurant is very average.
