I enjoyed my stay and...

Liked: The team is very helpful and the location is great. You can experience the old time glamour inside.
Disliked: The bathroom fixtures were not fully functioning. Most importantly even though the open buffet breakfast was good, hot egg orders were not consistent and not 5 star quality.

This is how luxury hotels...

Liked: The staff know exactly what luxury is, i commend the staff and management for their service. The room was beautifully made, complimentary drinks were nice.
Disliked: It is in a busy area and next to a mcdonalds, understandably so the people around can be questionable at times but the doormen do a great job in controlling the entrance

A most convenient and comfortable...

Liked: The location is soo conveniently near the Cologne Cathedral; the room is so elegant, spacious and very clean!! The free mini bar!!
Disliked: No complimentary breakfast for the high price paid
