Exceptional!

Liked: The location was excellent, the room was comfortable, the bathroom was very well arrange (the shower beside the bathtub) and the staff was so helpful and nice. The service was excellent.
Disliked: The air conditioner and WiFi was not good in our room. However, it was good in the lobby and hallways.

Liked: The hotel is just infront of köln domIt has a gothic style so authentic, beautiful and comfortable , my balcony was facing the dom, and it’s so central to the city attractionsI enjoyed my stay

Disliked: The entry time is 3 o'clock and this is annoying.- The room that was given to us is different from the pictures on the site and when the receptionist was informed that the room is different from the one booked, her reaction was very disturbing.- The adaptation was not cold.- The room has a simple sewer smell.- The area of the restaurant is small compared to the size and number of residents.- The room door key was not a traditional key card.
