Disliked: Wifi connection wasn’t good enough from my room ,this is the only point that I dont like .

Great location and very cozy...

Liked: The room was clean, had a great bed and the staff were very friendly. I really loved the vibes of the room. The location is great as well as it's right by the train station. The room had all the amenities, even the bathroom floor was heated which was a really nice addition.
Disliked: There was a bit of noise outside during our first night, and the windows weren't quite blocking the noise from the outside. But then this didn't happen during the 2nd night and considering it's a big city and near the train station I wouldn't say it's a big problem.

Quality accommodation and service

Liked: Lovely spacious room and bathroom with quality fittings. It had windows that opened which is always a bonus. Toiletries that were provided were lovely. I liked the Green Option that gave you room credit to spend at the hotel. Mini bar prices were comparable to the supermarket. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room which was disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

Disliked: Breakfast set up was partial buffet and order off the menu. The order off the menu part was confusing. One elevator.
