Liked: Attentive staff and pleasant atmosphere
Disliked: The restaurant being closed on a local holiday. Everyone deserves their local holiday time - but in a major top flight hotel there should never be a time when the hotel is open and its retaurant is closed. Relief staffing should be provided.

Liked: Beautiful hotel and beautiful rooms. Staff was nice and rooms are big
Disliked: There was no air conditioning. The room was very hot. We were provided a fan but it was not enough.

Pleasant

Liked: We got 2 rooms. One was perfect but the second one was w/o air conditioning and the windows were next to tramp station. It was very noisy with open windows and very hot while it was closed.
Disliked: Noise and lack of air conditioning.

Liked: Everything - room, friendly service, breakfast, location
Disliked: We booked online for a Classic double room but when we arrived late at night we found it was a twin room. No problem. Next morning they gave us a lovely double room on the other side away from the noise of the trams!
