Liked: Bed was very comfortable. Sheet and pillows were very soft. Room was clean.
Disliked: Had to walk through the smokey casino to get to our room. Alarm clock went off at 5a.m.

Disliked: They property initially refused to give us the tooms we reserved. After much discussion they made the rooms available. As we entered the room.. the room was notade and really messy!!

Disliked: Dirty and plumbing issues. Leaking pipes between walls soaking floor. Toilet wouldn't flush. Cost of stay was not worth. We paid for a suite and there was not even a fridge.$175 for 2 Pina coladas, 2 whiskey cokes, 12 wings.....Never listed prices. In a dump like this, you would think prices would be reasonable. This I double concert prices.

Liked: The staff was so friendly and ready ti help at all times on where to eat and it was so good tonight we where close to so much I and my nephew enjoyed our stay will visit again.
Disliked: The last day of our trip and yall where doing construction on another floor and I didn't get to mycch sleep.

Disliked: I called and talked to a representative to get one of my families members room next to mine. They insured me that it would be next to mine when we got to resort it was not that and on top of that when I got in my room, had a refrigerator, that was brand new paper still in the tags still and it’s not even plugged up. No came to check when I called and asked about my room about the refrigerator so I’m paying for. I can’t even use the seven dollar that I bought going down freshwater freshwater, cause everything is melted had me very frustrated .

Disliked: Not so clean in elevators, bathroom really old in the room.They do not provide breakfast included with the room.
