Liked: Good feel to it, friendly staff ,good location with lots of amenities nearby
Disliked: Toilet in the room is not very private and very small . Air in in the room was poor

Beautiful on the outside, but...

Liked: The location was central and convenient, the vibe was modern and unique, and the rooms were clean at first glance. The smart control features were also a cool touch.
Disliked: I had a medical emergency during my stay, and the staff’s response was shockingly unprofessional. I was extremely sick & dizzy, out of breath, clearly in need of urgent help. No one answered the phone, so I had to drag myself downstairs. When I got there, the staff were completely unprepared, asked endless questions instead of acting fast, and didn’t even check their system for my details, which could’ve helped speed things up. I had to tell them I needed an ambulance when it was obvious. One even mocked me when I pointed out how poorly they were handling the situation. It felt like they were frozen in time, operating without basic crisis training.On top of that, there was no bathroom privacy, the drains often smelled bad, and housekeeping didn’t change the sheets during my entire stay. The breakfast also lacked variety for the price.There were also constant water and pipe noises from the building, which made it hard to relax. Soundproofing needs serious improvement. Plus, the room doors were difficult to use.. floor carpets blocked them from opening and closing properly, which was frustrating.

Great location, modern well-kept hotel...

Liked: Location was great, less than an hour to walk to the old part of the city. Some good restaurants nearby including the Block House (Steak restaurant) Room was comfortable and had good facilities.Thoroughly enjoyed the 9th floor sauna with a view and pool.
Disliked: The hotel is on a busy junction so there is road noise in the room (if you'd prefer you can have a quieter room without city view) but I wear earplugs anyway so it didn't disturb me.It was a shame that the steam room was out of action the whole 5 nights that I stayed here.
