If you like unique hotel...
Liked: The property was amazing, unique and excellent design. The rooms were basic yet comfortable. The staff were helpful and understanding. The yoga class was amazing and the climbing gym was a fun addition to our trip!
Disliked: It was noisy…don’t stay close to the bar. Our room shared a wall with the bar and each night you could feel the music coming through the wall. The staff was accommodating however one night the music was left on. Then, once the bar music stopped a party down the street kept the music going until after 3 AM which was audible from our room.

Best for High-Energy, Social Travelers...
Liked: The staff were friendly and responsive. When we mentioned the noise levels, they offered a sound machine and closed a nearby door to help reduce the bar noise. That effort was appreciated. The hotel seems to offer a vibrant experience for active guests—there’s a skate park, snowboarding shop, climbing wall, yoga studio, and bike rental, which would be fantastic for travelers looking for an adventure-packed stay.
Disliked: This just wasn’t the right hotel for us. We were looking for a calm, restful environment before an early flight, and the experience didn’t match that need. Our premium balcony room was obstructed by a large, rusting steel sign—so the “view” was a disappointment.More challenging was the constant noise. Between the rooftop bar, loud karaoke, barking dogs, partygoers in the hallway, and weekday construction surrounding the building, it was hard to relax—let alone sleep. The noise started in the evening and lasted through the night, despite posted “quiet hours.”The hotel doesn’t offer 24/7 coffee or in-room fridges, which made it difficult to manage early morning schedules or keep simple perishables on hand.In hindsight, this property clearly caters to young, social, and high-energy guests, especially those in town for nightlife, extreme sports, or local events. If that’s what you’re looking for, you’ll probably enjoy the vibe. But if you’re a business traveler, light sleeper, or someone who values peace and quiet, you may want to explore other options.
