Liked: Great location, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, everyone of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful, can't ask for much more than that!Restaurant was very good, as well!

Very disappointing, with lack of...

Liked: Once construction is done, this could be an excellent location! Bed was comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly throughout the entire process!
Disliked: Room was so noisy! We could hear our neighbors' full-on conversations in the rooms next to us, the slamming of their doors, their barking dog (and dog & them running down hallway, as well as several conversations in the hallway. We thus never got a good night's sleep during any of our stay! Spider webs/cobwebs (with spiders), as well as bees, on outside patio, showing pest control rarely if ever done. No screen on windows, which allowed for bugs to get in, and we'd thus could not leave window open during the evening/night to try to enjoy the nice breeze. Hair was left on the shower floor, which showed it was not throughly cleaned.

Liked: The staffs were really friendly and helpful suggesting their favourite hiking spots. There's a sauna and fireplace to chill at.
Disliked: The room was rather small, not much space to move about.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: The location was excellent with an onsite bar and restaurant. We had a glitch with the TV and the staff was super accommodating! Very nice and clean. Planning on returning in the fall!
Disliked: The only downside was that the TVs are listed as Smart TVs but only a few apps available. Like to watch TV before going to bed. If you do end up in a room with the adjoining door, you will be able to hear your neighbor.
