The staff were nice and...

Liked: It was nice, not the greatest location but it worked for me.
Disliked: A little close to the road so it was kinda noisy with the traffic

Perfect, exactly what was expected....

Liked: Quaint, very clean, just what I needed- a very comfortable and reasonably priced room. Great location; convenient to town but still out of the way. Very friendly staff.

Establishment fulfilled my needs and...

Liked: Room was preheated and immediately comfortable upon arrival after a chilly and wet day of fishing. Shower facilities had adequate hot water. Proprietors were courteous and understanding of fishermans' needs.
Disliked: No complaints.

Other than the weird smell...

Liked: The location worked well for me as it was close to downtown Oswego and the school. I also liked the cottage-like room and the full size refrigerator.
Disliked: There was a musty scent in the room. After my second night I realized it was the rug they had at the front door. The moisture from the rain and snow is making it smell. That rug needs to be outside the room.
