Liked: Perfect location day staff extremely nice. Comfortable beds....
Disliked: There were very limited smoking sections, the night guy was so super rude scared the crap out of us bc he snuck up on us to yell about us smoking in the parking lot in front of our rooms, had a sleeping baby inside and didn't feel it safe to leave the baby to go clear to the backside to smoke. I completely understand no smoking in the rooms I even understand however many feet away due to the clear air act but we're people to.......The pool was unavailable and we were in a heat wave of triple digits! The hallway light at night peers thru the blinds as there were no dark out blinds had me real confused when I woke to use the bathroom at 1am thinking I'd slept all day.

AWFUL!!

Liked: The location wasn’t bad-
Disliked: The pool isn’t operational, everything listed on the website when booking is FALSE! Check-in process was a literal nightmare, the room was gross, the bathroom was extremely disappointing (no way were we using the shower/ bathroom) the creepy guy that kept locking his lips and winking at me, maid me feel extremely uncomfortable!! My hubby wasn’t happy about it, said something at check out and the front desk guy just giggled and said have a nice day! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! EVER!! We spend sooo much time in Branson, and this is the absolute WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!! Please DO BETTER- and UPDATE Information about the property, because telling numerous guests "we have new owners" and the cost of things is more than anticipated isn’t a good business practice

Disliked: There was a pool on site but it could not be used and for the price of the room, it would have been nice to use all the amenities.

Amazing place for great value.

Liked: The front desk staff were very helpful and super sweet. It had a good general location. Very clean and smelled clean upon entering the room. Great hotel, especially for the great price.
Disliked: Nothing I did not like
