Liked: The staff is amazing and so very friendly. We've been staying there for the last 5 yrs whenever we go to Monroe. Anita and Rosa are like family. The rooms and grounds are always clean and comfortable. We love Evergreen!

Liked: Everything there in the guest room. I use the guest room to rest, eat, use the bathroom, and sleep when I have to work at the Evergreen State Fair Park for more than one day in a row.

Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The walls were too thin. I could hear the elevator every time it stopped at our floor. I could hear the train every time it blew the whistle at a street crossing each/all night, and the bed was too soft. Also, the room was not a suite by any stretch of the imagination. It was merely an overpriced room with a king bed.
