Beautiful room with very comfortable...

Liked: The room was very good and well set out. the bed was very comfortable and the shower room was idea. the receptionist was very efficient and got me a taxi in a hurry too. Great location

Pleasant and spacious venue for...

Liked: Staff were all very professional and friendly even when rather inexperienced they were polite at all times. Beds and pillows comfy and facilities clean.
Disliked: Coffee in the bar a bit over priced.No gym, pool or spa.

Liked: It was quiet and clean and warm and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly especially Leanne at reception. We ate in the hotel on our first night and the food was fab….as was breakfast on both days. We also celebrated our engagement during our stay so the Everglades Hotel will always be a special place that we hope to visit again soon. Thank you for having us…we had a great time

Disliked: I was booked on booking.com but when I went over it was fully booked and staff member very abrupt and dismissive. Never got a room so had to get a taxi to leave. They don't update their system or booking.com as I had a room reserved and as per booking.com. this makes them unreliable.
