I checked in only to find plenty of mold in shower! Asked the Desk to have someone take a look 2 pics). Came back in the afternoon and the MOLD was still there. Took 2 more pics! I left the hotel and came back later early that night only to still find MOLD in the shower! So, I asked for a room change. The front desk said yes of course. The next room had more mold in the shower! Another room change, and the AC wasn’t working properly so my friend and I reset the AC and that was that. Sad! Front desk people were willing to change my room and sympathetic to my situation but that never did solve the mold problem! Good luck! And safe travels.

Liked: close to all the attractions I wanted to visit! big, roomy, spacious.
Disliked: hallway carpet needed vacuumed

Overall, the hotel provided excellent...

Liked: The location was great, the desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast, including the service, was exceptional!
Disliked: Housekeeping was lacking. Room was never made and plastic cups and coffee service were never restocked. Had to request clean towels.

Awesome downtown hotel

Liked: The hotel was clean. The mattress was very comfortable. The staff amazing. The fact that there was a parking garage directly across the street is amazing (if you've ever had to stay at a hotel downtown in any major city you would know why that's so amazing)

Great Property

Liked: The Hotel was easy to find, parking was easily accessible. Nice accommodations, clean and check in was swift and hassle free. Beds are comfortable and we loved the game room. We definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling through Pittsburgh and needs a place to call home for a couple days.
Disliked: There is a closet available, but it would have been nice to have a couple of drawers to unpack. However the property is good or a short stay.

Liked: The room was very large and clean.
Disliked: The supplies were not refilled, meaning no cups at the coffee maker, no cups in bathroom, All bottle of soap and shampoo etc... empty in bathroom.
