EVEN Hotels - Eugene

The food is great; the room was nice but the kitchen area needs more staff.

Liked: The closeness to the Cuthbert Amphitheater.
Disliked: Only one cook at breakfast - we had to wait more than an hour after ordering to get served.

I won't be staying at this hotel again.

Liked: It was new.
Disliked: Hot tub, pool, bar and restaurant close too early. Rooms are rather small (wasted space for workout equipment, when the hotel contains a gym). Smart TV has no internet access or way to connect your own device to TV. No table or chairs for placing food. Fridge not stocked with water or any beverages. Should have been for the rate of the room.

Liked: The staff friendly.
Disliked: Hotel staff were asked for walking directions to the venue. We were handed a card with a short explanation. Hotel staff were unaware that construction had closed down that way to get to the venue, even though it was right down the street. Most everyone in the hotel was attending that concert. The bathroom in our room had dirty floors and mold growing in the shower door. Our coffee maker did not work. Our room was noisy, we could hear people walking above us. The bed near the door needs a new mattress; it squeaks and is lumpy on one side.

Disappointing

Comfortable hotel near the park.

Liked: The hotel accommodations were excellent. The bathroom was spacious and nice. The location was great - near a large park.
Disliked: I didn’t like that I had to pay for my coffee in the lobby. I wasn’t expecting that. It was good coffee though and really my only complaint with the hotel.

Great amenities, convenient location and...

Liked: I loved the fitness equipment in the room. It allowed me to do a short workout while on vacation so I could do my activities in the city. The lobby and bar were clear and convenient. Room was up to date.
Disliked: There was machine between the walls making a constant humming noise. It was very loud.
