Not Worth the Terrible Customer...

Liked: It was close to Truist Park and there was yoga equipment in the room.
Disliked: There is no parking on-site and you have to pay extra money every single day to park and walk half a mile to the hotel. The breakfast was disappointing and the coffee wasn’t free. What hotel at this price doesn’t have free coffee in the lobby??? We could hear neighbors partying in the rooms next to us. The staff is incredibly rude and unresponsive.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. Communication was extremely easy through text. Cleanliness and amenities were great! The location was very convenient!
Disliked: I didn’t love the walk to/from the parking deck.

Great hotel!

Liked: The room was clean and the staff were friendly. We had a concert at the Cobb galleria right down the street. The walk from the hotel to the venue was short and felt safe, even at night. Very comfortable beds in the room as well!
Disliked: N/A

Little disappointed

Liked: Room definitely clean which is always the most important.
Disliked: The breakfast situation was absolutely ridiculous. Hardly any staff to handle the orders. Waited 1.5 hours and the food never came. You can not have a to order breakfast with no staff. One coffee machine making single cups for everyone was comical. They should just have a continental breakfast with juice coffee and muffins and be done. One employee can handle it all. Management was non existent. I had to defrost the fridge myself for it to be used.All in all they are trying to be a fancy hotel and not anywhere close.
