Addition charges was not what...
Liked: The room was nice big and clean, good location
Disliked: We had to pay additional for parking, which is located in a separate shopping mall building. What was the most surprising is that we found a price list in the room (so lucky we payed attention to it!) with the charges for every item if we wanted to use exercise equipment that was already in the room! Of course we didn?t use it otherwise we would have to pay a fortune for a short one time morning training. Very disappointing.

Liked: The hotel was vian and it actual felt like they take their time to sanitize. I had a mini gym in my room. I could have slept in that bed so day. It exceeded all of my expectations.
Disliked: I can't say there wasn't anything that I didn't like about this hotel. Actually, the making is a little confusing but not difficult once you get it down packed.

Liked: I loved my room, the fitness equipment, the encouragement to take the steps.Although limited, guest services were very nice. I also enjoyed the location. Close enough to local restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: They don't do room service or clean your room if you're there for a few nights. They said it was because of Covid. The food wasn't that great to me, but then again I only ordered once (they're only doing breakfast at the moment, pickup only) and it's just my preference. I preferred the restaurants that were nearby. Also, even though it's great that there's a fridge in your room there's no microwave. When I ordered breakfast and went to pick it up from the front desk it was cold by the time I got to my room. A microwave would've been nice. Also, didn't get my free water bottle lol.

Go somewhere else, many other...
Liked: The room looked nice overall and the bed was clean. The location was convenient to the metro station.
Disliked: I was unaware of the 'workout'/'wellness' theme of the hotel from booking.com. The front desk service was absolutely horrendous, refusing any early checkin, not knowing how to use the checkin computers (my 'check in' took 30min standing at the front desk). The parking (with added daily fee not previously disclosed) was a solid 200yds walk from the hotel with no connection other than walking through a busy parking lot and re-entering the front door. Since this hotel encourages guests to workout in their room (i was unaware at booking) my room smelled like a moldy locker room (think sweaty sock smell). Lastly the 'remodel' was not well thought out as the 'barn door' shower leaked profusely, flooding the bathroom with the mildest of showers. I notified the front desk of this, but was ignored and this was not addressed at all during my 3 day stay. It was also not disclosed pre-booking that there is NO maid service at all, during any stay, so plan on taking out your own trash and making special asks for fresh towels if you stay more than 1-2 days. Lastly back to parking, the hotel parking is on the 5th and 6th floor of a totally separate parking garage 100yds away, this section of the garage is gated with instructions to use your hotel room key for the gate. This NEVER worked during my stay, resulting in every in-out trip in my car requiring me to press the 'call' button on the gate and wait until someone would answer and manually let me in. Incredibly inconvenient if you plan on actually venturing out in your car.

Not worth the money.
Liked: The room was fine. Bed was comfy and it did its purpose.
Disliked: Check in was a nightmare the girl had very little if any professionalism. Another woman Myra I believe, was there helping other guests and this girl who was not wearing a Name tag showed very little knowledge as to how to do her job kept asking questions that someone who works the front desk should already know. Then she walked off. Not a word said. I just kind of stood there unsure as to what to do. Finally Myra said let's get you checked in. Awhile goes by and the girl just walks back up and Myra was not pleased saying she just walked off without a word. Who does that??! The girl offered a half serious apology but I was done at this point. To add Insult to Injury I was double charged your ridiculous $50 incident fee. And $15 to park is just unacceptable. I will never stay here again.
