Liked: Staff was very friendly - everything was great
Disliked: Only thing is I might choose to stay a bit closer to Mayo as I walked to Mayo and it snowed. Shuttle was super helpful though.

Wonderful Experience

Liked: The facilities were clean, and amenities were plentiful. The location was perfect - not in the heart of the hospital, so you never really leave the medical setting (if you're in Rochester for medical visits, which we were), but not so far out you have to drive to appointments. The shuttle service was extremely convenient, and there were restaurants within walking distance. The value was great!
Disliked: We had a small technical glitch trying to access Chromecast, but it was fixed within 24 hours. Honestly, my only real complaint was parking. I feel like, if you have to pay for parking, there should be ample parking available. There were two nights we went exploring and came back after 9pm, and there were no parking spaces available. We parked in what was clearly not a parking space, we weren't the only ones.
