Liked: It was so clean, modern and friendly.
Disliked: Needs more shopping.

I checked in only to find plenty of mold in shower! Asked the Desk to have someone take a look 2 pics). Came back in the afternoon and the MOLD was still there. Took 2 more pics! I left the hotel and came back later early that night only to still find MOLD in the shower! So, I asked for a room change. The front desk said yes of course. The next room had more mold in the shower! Another room change, and the AC wasn’t working properly so my friend and I reset the AC and that was that. Sad! Front desk people were willing to change my room and sympathetic to my situation but that never did solve the mold problem! Good luck! And safe travels.

Surprised at how much we...

Liked: Beds were extremely comfortable! Staff at reception was very friendly and helpful! Never had any trouble getting a rolling rack to help with luggage to and from our room. Elevators came frequently. Location was nice to walk everywhere we wanted to go.
Disliked: Wish the restaurant was open more

Great stay except for not...

Liked: The room TV was analog. I could not watch Neflex streaming drama. I hope they change the TVs.

Mediocrity at its Finest

Liked: Comfortable bed. Great and relaxing shower.
Disliked: Hit or miss on helpfulness and friendliness of staff. Very bare room considering the price. Entire stay was just mediocre - not bad but not great.

Could have and should have...

Liked: Clean and nice room and everything about that was perfect!
Disliked: My car was broken into whilst it was parked in the parking garage; that they recommended we use at check in. They refunded one of the nights but refused to take responsibility for the cost of the repairs of my window and did not assist with getting us services to help us with our return home. This experience left our group unsettled and bothered. Definitely left a bad taste in our mouths in regards to the hotel. DO NOT park at the garage they recommend you use at check in! If you do beware! The cops informed us that last month in June there were 12 break ins at the same garage that the hotel was made aware of…but did not make the guests aware of before guests used the facility!

Nice hotel, but more information...

Liked: Nice location and comfortable, quiet room.
Disliked: Breakfast cost $20 and parking was $29 per day. Booking.com said the parking was free and didn't mention the cost of breakfast.The hotel occupies the 5th and 6th stories of an old department store building. The check-in is on the 5th floor and you have to be buzzed in at the street level door. No place to temporarily park to unload your stuff. You have to park in a garage down the street. I realize this is nobody's fault, but it would have been nice to be informed of these inconveniences prior to arrival on this very busy urban street.
