Clean, comfortable room, easily located...

Liked: The temperature of the room was great. Most hotels are either too hot or too cold. If we had stayed longer, we might have had the chance to use the workout equipment. The location was conveniently located off the Merritt Parkway.
Disliked: The room door did not fit tightly into the door frame, allowing more light into the room than I normally expect. The location of the toilet paper dispenser was not really convenient. The tub floor could use some appliques as it was slippery when wet. The prices of the food in the food court were pretty expensive.

Liked: Appreciate the free coffee. Machine easy to use. The staff is universally helpful and pleasant. Better than at many other locations. Enjoy the positive messages around the hotel.
Disliked: I generally like the quiet of the hotel. Unfortunately on the last morning of my stay, people in the neighboring room got an early start - 4:30 to 5 - and were quite noisy. The room is comfortable, except for the bedside lights which are very harsh and don't fit with the peaceful vibe of the hotel..It's hard to adjust the water temp in the shower without getting water on the floor. Wood baseboards get wet - paint is compromised; they need to be replaced with sturdier material.
