Overall, very very pleased with...

Liked: Housekeeping staff was especially great. Front desk also very nice and helpful. Perfect location, great steakhouse on the street level and close to everything you want to do. We will definitely be back to stay in the near future. Thank you.
Disliked: Always need extra towels and would be very helpful to have some towel racks and hooks to hang your clothes on. Not at all convenient in this way. Not a very pretty view out of the window, but it worked.

Liked: Great location in Midtown, close to Broadway shows. Complimentary welcome drinks were nice touch.
Disliked: Front desk was going to leave our luggage unattended in an open hallway near public-access elevators while waiting for the staffer to come lock them up. No working ice machines on any of the floors as listed (only in lobby). No hairdryer in room.

More than we could hope...

Liked: Very clean and organized. Staff great. Hotel is walking distance to and from everywhere we were going to during our stay.
Disliked: Refrigerator really didn't work well and we were told that they are all like that. Recommend that new and better refrigerators be installed.

Disliked: Took a while for the security deposit to be released.
