Liked: Nothing. Rude staff. Missing amenities. Rude bar staff. Poor customer service. Sink was broken in bathroom. And dirty shower. Carpet was dirty. Stained sheets. Overall very disappointed. I always use EVEN hotels when staying in New York. Disappointed with the manhattan location for sure

It was decent

Liked: I like that the bed was comfortable and the hotel location was convenient.
Disliked: I didn’t like that I had to go down to the lobby to get ice or water. No vending machines like other hotels and the accommodations could be better. Limited menu and the gym was very small.

Good location, average hotel

Liked: Excellent location. Cleaning staff extremely good and nice. Staff in overall nice.
Disliked: Could easily hear the neighboring rooms and corridor. Devastating dry cleaning service of the hotel that ruined my business attire. Don’t use!

Liked: Almost nothing, I had to stay as I already booked!
Disliked: On arrival they requested deposit using card payment and was not returned. The room size is very smallNo free parking! you will need to pay for the nearby ParkingNo concierge service, you will have to help your self with your luggage

Efficient, clean, quiet and central...

Liked: Location good, clean modern rooms. Quiet. Room always presented nicely by housekeeping staff each day
Disliked: Little details like soap dispensers not working well.
