Exceptional

Liked: The staff is very kind and curtious. We had to arrive late due to to car trouble, the staff was very accommodating and quickly checked us in. The pool was exceptional, breakfast was great and I love that it had gluten free options. The rooms were very nice. The towels were so fluffy and white.
Disliked: The elevators were not functioning properly. The hotel is also showing a lot of love and wear. That is beyond what the employees can do so I did not want to deduct points for anything.

Liked: Gym, pool, quiet, restaurant
Disliked: Mold in bath tub, lining missing in pool, tub didn't hold water, and tub spout loose.
