Liked: The friendly staff and room windows that actually open.
Disliked: The room was a little small, with limited space to put things. Two elevators is insufficient for a building this size, and there were often long waits for an elevator.

Disliked: they need to change how the shower head works you cannot bath and not get the whole bathroom wet not way to shower and hold the shower head while you are washing need to change the shower head uncomfortable.

Liked: This is my 2nd visit and the staff has always been wonderful!
Disliked: I had to change rooms for my last night (my fault), and the 2nd room was a very different level of cleanliness. Still good, but there was a definite difference between floors!

Liked: The ambience, the staff & the room sizes were actually pretty big as compared to other hotels in the city. The room was exactly as described in their description. The staff was so welcoming & made my stay worth it.
Disliked: The ping pong table wasn’t available, but i understand that area was being renovated.
