Liked: Indoor pool made our room horrible with chlorine fumes. Notified front desk and asked us to move to another room. Caused us to start having horrible cough.severe headache and runny nose Front desk clerk was horrible/rude and wouldn’t help in any way. Asked for manager and she would not call her at 8pm. Even with saying the severe health issues that chlorine was doing she laughed at me. Horrible person. Had to pack our things and went to another hotel. Police was called and issue of the chlorine fumes in room was documented. The manager at the other hotel was appalled by situation. Waiting for manager Ryannetta to call me to get reimbursed for the room. The day clerk was amazing. The night clerk should be fired. I have traveled all my life and she was the most disgusting/terrible person we have ever seen. The hotel was less than a third full so it would have been very easy to move us. Don’t stay here. Risk of severe lung issue.

Disliked: Looks like people who were not guests hanging out in the pool area making it impossible to enjoy. They were in there for all day until 900pm. Once in there the hot tub could not heat. The freezer in our room was broken. It was noy worth the money. No where to eat after 800pm on Memorial Day.
