Liked: The staff and service were the stars of the weekend for my husband and me. Every staff member we encountered was kind and seemed happy to help. I can't say enough how much I loved the staff at this hotel!
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower was nearly non-existent. The shower head got changed the first night and still didn't have much water pressure. More importantly, part of the reason we chose this hotel was the pool and spa. We never got to use these amenities, however. According to the posted hours, 9p-11p was supposed to be adults only. Both nights we went down at 9:30 thinking that would give them time to shoo the kids out, but no. Each night there were still 5-15 kids screaming and running around in the pool and pool area. In the morning they'd have to do a deep clean because of the kids taking food in as well. The manager did say if we stayed again to call and book directly with her and she'd make sure we had a far more enjoyable stay the next time.

Liked: I was so hot from the night before. I didn't eat breakfast I was ready to go home
Disliked: Well 1st of all. My room was not ready til after 5. The ac didn't work, there was long blonde hair stuck on my socks guess no one vacuumed and there was but a lil tissue in the bathroom. I was every disappointed.

Liked: I really enjoyed the breakfast, there was hot items to choose from everyday.
Disliked: I really enjoyed everything, nothing went wrong about my stay. Really more than expected.

Smell very badly when you...

Liked: Property was very nice but the minute you walk in the front doors. It smells nothing but the weed illegal substance and I had a two year old with me very dissatisfied.
Disliked: Nothing very disappointed I the staff allowing the facility right when you walk in smell like weed very strong smell of weed will not recommend this facility to anyone I know

Liked: We like to Jacuzzi the cleanliness of the room, and the bed was very comfortable
Disliked: The casino attached to it seemed outdated. The members card would not work on some of the games. and did not have no poker games video or table games. and the door leading from the casino back to the hotel. When you put your room key in the door would not work we had to walk around outside to get back to our room.
