Liked: Foyer was nice
Disliked: Holes in walls were objects have been taken down bathroom had mould around shower tray and up the walls room smelt musty fridge was warm inside couldn't use if not enough towels Charge of breakfast was expensive £13.95 for a child over 9 said offer 20% discount which was not the case

Liked: Plenty of local amenities and good accessibility via bus routes. Staff were very welcoming and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. I was daft enough to leave my keys and purse in the room safe after checking out and only realised when I was already on a train home! The staff were incredibly helpful and had my valuables posted to me on next day delivery.
Disliked: Not easily accessible by tube but as mentioned before, was easy to get to via buses. Could have done with more storage space in the room for clothes as we only had a very small clothes rail.

Disliked: The threat that our property in the room was our responsibility Luckily the staff were very honest
