Liked: The size of the room was decent, with extra pillows and towels.
Disliked: The room was on the 3rd floor and the lift was not functional during one of our days. The room, especially at night, is very very noisy with constant ambulance sirens and even from the adjacent room. While the AC was nice, it kept coming on even though switching it off, and kept changing the temperature automatically. The furniture and room were very old and shabby, and all the hotel needs a big revamp. The nearest underground station is very very far away.

A school trip in London.

Liked: Everything was perfect. Very claen and quiet..The rooms were cleaned every day we had everything we need...Very polte staff. I highly recommend it.
