Liked: Great location right at the train station, and close to the old town too! Room service took care of us after arriving in our room about 9pm, delicious!
Disliked: Upon arrival April 4 we found our room was uncomfortably hot. When we tried turning on A/C & fan, the system blew out hot air making it worse. We called the front desk who informed us they do not turn on air conditioning in the rooms until summer. So we had to open the window all night each night, which kind of helped; you may want to consider ceiling fans to move the air and a "heads up" about A/C would have been great.

Liked: The hotel had amazing facilities, and the cleanliness was superb. The room size was great, and the location right next to the main station is very convenient. Despite the central location, it was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast had a good variety, though it was a bit expensive at €13.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during my stay, which was frustrating. Also, I would have loved the option to open the windows for some fresh air, as it was a bit stuffy in the room.

Liked: the hotel is very nice, everything is clean, the staff is friendly, it’s a perfect stay if you travel by bus however, it was +22 outside and very hot inside our room, but the air conditioning didn’t work. the staff told us that the hotel doesn’t have one, but how is that possible? it was just turned off. we had terrible night of sleep since the window couldn’t be open, just a tiiinyyy bit. it’s a pity because everything else was perfect, but for a hotel like this to not turn air conditioning on… it’s a shame
