Liked: Was nice to find a property that offered breakfast; location great; collaboration with beach chair provider fantastic; staff helpful and attentive
Disliked: Room cleaning miserable (2days they didnt clean the room by 530pm when we came back to shower and get ready for dinner) ; rooms minimal and airconditioning was atrocious; hotel entrance uninviting and cheap looking with restaurant chairs indoor; breakfast options (if included in booking) limited which is a shame because eating the same breakfast 7 days in a row isnt fun on vacation; valet is not worth it - parking on 13th st for less than 1/2 the daily rate (even with multiple entries/exits)

Liked: I like the connivence of the property. The location was great.
Disliked: There were some mechanical issues such as the door to our room. In order to get into the room you literally had to use your shoulder to force the door open every time. When leaving out the room I had to pull on the door with all my strength to open it almost every time when leaving. One time it literally took us 2 mins to get out of the room when trying to leave to catch a Lyft ride. You can tell the property needs some maintenance done.

Great location and excellent staff.

Liked: Excellent location on Ocean Drive nearby many restaurants and leisure places. Just 2 min from the sandy beach.
Disliked: The breakfast was too simple with very few options. A bit overpriced
