This was an awful stay.

Disliked: There was extensive construction on the roof, directly above my room on the 6th floor. The noise was unbearable, as was the construction mess directly outside my door. There were construction workers above, besides, and directly in front of my room’s door. The wifi was unusable. There was no ironing board, the door lock was rusted over, and the decorative pillow on the bed smelled like pee.

Wrong time to visit for...

Liked: The location is great. Really close to the beach, and south beach amenties which was useful.
Disliked: The room was old, fusty, small and lacked any charm. It was incredibly noisy, with not only poor air conditioning that sounded like a jet engine, but there was a large Pride event going on at the beach, and was noisy all the time we were there. We had children with us, and found the area not suitable for young kids given the sights we witnessed on the promenade during the festival, which were definitely not family friendly. If we were told this event was going on, as enjoyable for those attending as it seemed, for us with children, we feel the hotel should have informed us at the time of booking.The elevator is tiny, and not really fit for purpose given the cost of the hotel.

Great city, great hotel…

Liked: Nice location, very clean and the the foot in the restaurant was very delicious.
Disliked: We had a problem with the drain in shower. Unfortunately they didn‘t fix it. We had to wait for some time, so the next one can take a shower…
