Superb

Very pleasant overall with some...

Liked: Attractive hotel with a nice atmosphere. Close to train station and metro. Spacious room with a fantastic view. Large bed! Breakfast choice very complete, including fruits. Bath room was very nice and large. Staff friendly.
Disliked: Check in only at 16h! Check out to be paid if extended. For a 300 Euro room I would expect more forthcoming. Sofa in the junior suite very cheap and uncomfortable. Cushions not at 5 star level. Coffee at breakfast is a problem because there are no machines and only one person preparing the coffee resulting into queues. Pool area nice on the roof but pool rather small. Fitness very poor.

great hotel, iffy position, iffier...

Liked: This is a great hotel, with rooms, facilities, and especially breakfast - the best we've had in our travels this summer - top-notch. Add convenient parking and rooftop pool and it really makes sense.
Disliked: The hotel is situated in a rather dead zone, especially if you want to walk for a night out. A taxi is required for the city centre.We had a meal in the hotel restaurant. Let's just say I suspect it was a bad night to choose. The chef was apparently new. We actually suspected the head waiter was doubling as the chef. The look on his face when my wife ordered a dessert was priceless, followed by 'that might take some time'. The resultant dessert looked like it had been assembled by a five-year-old from all the sweet leftovers in the fridge. Some would complain, but we felt the occasion was best viewed as one would view a 'so bad it's good film. Because ultimately - you either get angry and spoil the night, or consider it an experience and move on.

Great hotel with amazing roof...

Liked: Little out from the central area but easy metro into the city and very close to 2 metro stops. For the area there are plenty of great shopping and restaurants options and of course the restaurants in the hotel with bar and roof top pool was great! Our room wasn’t ready for the staff were amazing at giving us updated and providing free drink voucher. Our room had the most amazing ocean view. Great size room for what we have stay in during our Europe holiday. Must get the breakfast here.
Disliked: Our room not being ready was a little let down especially after being on an 8 hour bus and very much wanting to relax.

Really good value for money

Liked: Price/value was really good. Staff very professional and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Bar at the swimming pool on the rooftop was closed in the evenings. But that was just minor thing. Everything else was great.
