Liked: The view amazing, significant variation of service between staff. Check in excellent. Lifts fantastic. Great having both bath and shower.
Disliked: Significant variation of service between staff .Ordering food was chaotic and waiting for coffee up to 20 minutes sometimes not turning up at all . Checkout was very cold .
