Liked: Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional except for the gentleman that brought my extra blanket on the first night of arrival (not a front desk gentleman). Quite rude. Place is central and very convenient. Safe area.
Disliked: Rooms were cleaned after 15:00 which is unacceptable. Rooms not properly cleaned (such as sweeping the room and wiping down the bathroom) which was disappointing. While beds were made and dustbins emptied, there was no extra care and level of cleanliness provided.

Liked: Great location, easy walking distance to Charles Bridge & old town. Great room size, liked that you could open the window for some fresh air.
Disliked: Bed is very firm & pillows are flat, a couple of teaspoons in the room would be helpful for making a cup of tea!
