Liked: The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful! We decided to cancel the half-board part of our reservation and the staff did all they could to help us, moderating with booking to make it happen as soon as possible. The staff were definitely the best part about the hotel. It was also close to some supermarkets, to the oceanographic and about 15 minutes from the city center (by car).
Disliked: The rooms were clean enough for our stay to be comfortable but the floors always had sand and some of our rooms had a weird smell on the bathroom. Overall the cleanliness of the rooms could be much better. Besides that, the breakfast was good but the dinner was bad, we didn’t enjoy any of it (on the night we ate there).

Disliked: Check-in not friendly, very outdated, a bit dirty, rooftop pool very small and crowded where I couldn’t even find room to use it first two tries and then had to wait in line to access it the morning I was leaving. I don’t think they monitor to make sure it’s just guests using it. Many guests also just take a towel to reserve seats and then leave for hours, which isn’t okay for such a small space. Uncomfortable beds and AC doesn’t work well.

Liked: The room was clean as was the bathroom.
Disliked: The entire floor we were staying on smelled really bad. It was a mixture of damp and toilet. Really disgusting. The shower head was wonky. The rooftop pool had no lifeguard and didn't display the depth which is not legal as to my understanding.

Disliked: The staff were neither friendly nor helpful. The AC in our room was not working, yet they kept insisting that it was fine. When we requested a room change, they first claimed the hotel was fully booked and refused. Only after my husband and I insisted did they finally move us to another room. Unfortunately, the new room also had no drinking water which they give as complimentary.

Good

Liked: The room was spacious, and so was the bathroom. The staff was very friendly, and since we had an early check-out, they prepared snacks for the children. Dinners were average. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: However, the room had an extremely unpleasant smell. The pool is small and overcrowded.
