Disliked: - It smelled bad- The pool was tiny and the lounge area was uncomfortable- Only one, out of the three elevators were working, so there were really long wait times. - No water in the lobby- The bathtub was uncomfortable - The air conditioning in our room wasn't functioning properly- It was hot even in the lobby. - It didn't feel like a 4 star hotel

Family trip to Valencia

Liked: Room was spacious and comfortable bed. Parking space on premises. It is not that walkable to the “attraction areas”, everything is like 25+mins walk. But the area is safe, so did not mind that much. You can also grab a taxi in front of the hotel. Buffet breakfast had good selection. The pool is small, and in the afternoon gets a little crowded. They have a bar and food in the area, which is nice. They also have a restaurant in the hotel, I did not know about it, but is a good option if you don’t feel like walking long distances. The area does not have that much options for restaurants or bars.
Disliked: They had power problems. The air conditioning was not working properly. They said it was because the hot weather outside. They did offer to change us to another room, but the problem with the air conditioning was the same.
