Very good

Liked: The staff was very kind and friendly
Disliked: The floor and countertops were pretty dusty, wich was kind of an inconvenience, considering we were traveling with 2 small kids

Excellent hotel we grabs its...

Liked: Metro station right outside direct links to central station.
Disliked: For a 5* hotel which provided kettles and teas - shame it didn't offer complimentary water - at least one bottle would have been nice.
