Great Location, Lovely Hotel and...

Liked: Modern, fresh and clean hotel. Fabulous room. Big bed, fresh modern bathroom, great air conditioning. Good location just down the road from the square and the front. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice little touches such as ice cold fruity water, apples and custard tarts (personal favourite) in reception. Didn’t take breakfast but dining room looked nice
Disliked: Not much of a bar area.

Liked: Staff was Excellent...Breakfast brunch was very good.
Disliked: Location...Hotel is located on a street that is only open to Trolley and bus traffic.we had to walk around to the back of the Hotel to get a cab. We came back from a tour in the City Center and one cab driver would not take us because she said she could not drive on the Street in front of the Hotel. We are spoiled Americans. We expected the Hotel would have ice, and the small refrigerator in the room would be actually cold. If you like warm juice, soft drinks or beer, this will work for you.

Disliked: Trolley noise took some getting used to

Liked: The breakfast was good with many choices.
Disliked: I would like to have had a more comfortable chair in our room since we were there 6 nights instead of sitting on the bed.
