Excellent stay would recommend this...

Liked: Liked the newer decor . Diogo on the front desk was excellent he was also v calm during the chaotic power outage. The hotel also is one of the few in Lisbon that has a generator!
Disliked: Maybe a few improvements to the breakfast like good coffee and English tea but all minor. Ubers did not stop at the hotel so the walk was challenging with suitcases and cobble street

Ideal location, would look for...

Liked: Location was great, central to everything. The mattress was uncomfortable where I could feel the springs. The first morning no one offered me a coffee drink. The second morning I was offered one but nothing ever came. I skipped it the third morning and just went to get a coffee at the train station.
Disliked: Mattress, coffee service at breakfast

Fantastic hotel in an amazing...

Liked: The things we loved about this hotel are: - Fantastic location (it was even better than I thought when we booked this place being our first time in Lisbon). It is just 200m or 2 blocks from the Praco do Comercio. Cannot get more central. It could have been noisy but it was not because the section of the street right in front of the hotel is closed to cars! - The property and the room was immaculate. Everything looked brand new. - Front desk stuff was some of the best I ever encountered - very eager to help. - Breakfast was quite nice as well.
Disliked: The room soundproofing could be a bit better but, overall, the rooms were very quiet and we did not have any issues.
